This project creates an additional storm drain system on Northwest 7th Street from Northwest Bailey Avenue to the intersection of Northwest Furnish Avenue. This project was designed in-house, and materials were purchased from Consolidated Supply of Hermiston ($52,682.08 for piping materials) and from Reese Concrete Products of Kennewick ($23,413 for manholes and catch basins).
