SE 15th Street Extension
This Project builds an extension of Southeast 15th Street to allow for new housing development in a previously undeveloped property. The project includes the construction of approximately 5,750 feet of City standard curb and gutter, 24,000 feet of sidewalk, 3,500 tons of asphalt, 1,700 LF of sanitary sewer pipe, 10 sanitary sewer manholes, 2,700 feet of storm drain pipe, 14 catch basins, 11 storm manholes, 4 storm water detention ponds, 1,450 feet of water main with valves and a pressure reducing valve, 12,800 feet of utility conduit, 8 transformer vaults, 7 street light bases, and other associated work. The earthwork quantities have been estimated at 2440 cubic yards of cut and 10,300 cubic yards of fill. This project is part of the larger Highway 11-Highway 30 Connector Road Project.
